Q 1. What is my shipping rate? And where can I find it?

A. The shipping cost depends on the weight and size of your order, the shipping method, and your distance from Clifton, New Jersey, 07014. UPS shipping charges are calculated with real time UPS rate, with weight of items, shipping distance from Clifton, New Jersey, 07014. 

If your ship to address is domestic, rate can be easily found in cart by type in your zip code. You can also find the shipping options with charges at checkout page after fill in your country and zip code, before placing your final order.

Q 2. What shipping method do you offer?

A. We work with USPS, FedEx and UPS on shipping. Most of the time, customer chooses from USPS Priority, FedEx Ground, or expedited services upon the urgency of need. USPS First Class is only available for economical delivery on lightweight items up to 1 lb. 

Q 2-a.  Do you ship to P.O. box address?

A. Yes, we do.

Q 2-a. Do you ship to Canada?

A. Yes, we do ship to Canada via USPS and UPS service.

Q 2-c. Do you ship to international address besides Canada?

A. Yes, we ship to Europe, Australia and many other countries around the world. Contact us if you cannot find your country on the drop down list in the check out page. 

Q 3. When will my order be shipped?

A. Most keys and stocked items like RFID locks are shipped within 48 hours after the payment transaction completed. Orders placed during non-business hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays are normally processed and shipped on the next business day. We may try to get rush orders with air shipment placed after 1pm EST during business days shipped out on the same day, but there is no guarantee.

Some exceptions apply to the above statements. For example, some make to order locks like elevator locks, Medeco cam locks, and vending locks take 1 - 3 business days to build. Some SFIC housings we need to order from our supplier with up to two weeks lead time. 

Q 4. May I receive an e-mail confirmation when my order is shipped?

A. Yes, you'll receive an e-mail confirmation with order details and tracking number with clickable link the day after your package is shipped besides the order confirmation email. Make sure that you enter a correct e-mail address on your order form. 

Q 5. How do I track my package?

A. We have made it very easy for you to check the status of your package. Just click the tracking number link in your shipping confirmation email to see the transit progress. A shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent to you before your package has been picked up. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to show. If you try to track a package directly on USPS or UPS website, you must type in the correct tracking number we provided.
