Yale key code elevator Emergency Control Operation key switch locks comes with wire harness and two YALE keys (most popular codes - 255 and 3502). This is for ECO Special Phase two for certain application by elevator code. Switch is double pole double throw UL listed.

Phase 2 refers to the fire service controls in the elevator car. These allow firefighter to manually control the elevator from inside the car.
