Cam type pop up handle comes complete without cylinder lock. Pop-Out handle lock typically used in vending applications. Engineered to be used with standard pop-out cylinders. When unlocked, handle pop-out 3/4" allowing 90 degree rotation. Left or right rotation achieved by use of a universal stop plate. 1/2-20 threading is standard
