Service not the best

I filled out the shipping address and billing address correctly on the site. Order went to my old place which is the billing address, wrong. I notified ultimate security and they said I put in the address the same for both. I did not. He argued with me as I blamed the website. I have no access to my old mail box so still waiting for my other. I filled everything right. They offered no help.
