Bonanza Key

I ordered a couple of keys for my Bonanza and didn't realize that the previous owner had changed the locks for some reason, so the code I provided, and hence the keys that were made, were wrong. I contacted Ultimate Security and sent them a picture of the correct key and they told me that they could make me copies based off of the picture. I offered to pay for the replacement keys and shipping as the error was mine, but they declined and made me two new keys and shipped them to me at no charge! The new keys worked perfectly. You simply don't find customer service like that anymore anywhere! I HIGHLY recommend them!
