Yale elevator key switch lock with wire harness and two Yale 255 or 3502 keys are included. It is designed for elevator fire service phase 1 operation. Phase 1 (firefighter's emergency recall) refers primarily to the fire service switch in the lobby. It is used to recall all cars nonstop to the lobby level.
We do sell 1620 or 2642 keys (only switch lock if need that code) due to key restriction regulations. 
Key switch is DPDT (double pole double throw). Standard finish is bright nickel. This kit does not include face plate halo.
