Cam lock keyed to 2642 key code but no key included.

Cam held by screw, 90 degree rotation, 1 keypull, satin chrome finish. Double Flat D mounting, 3/4" cross.

I purchased the 2642 Cam Lock No Key for our Community Health Center. When the item arrived, we noticed that the thread on the Cam Lock missed the thread on the nut; without placing any pressure, the nut didn't thread into the Cam Lock. It was only able to thread sideways. After contacting a rep via email, I was instructed to return the lock, which I had to pay for the returned shipping for an issue that was a manufacturer's problem. The new item was delivered to the center within a week and had no defects.
